Officer contributes actively to the programme needs of Special Student Care Centre under the umbrella of Community-Based Support Services (CSS).

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, external partners, and internal operations.
• Manage patient flow efficiently, including scheduling appointments and handling walk-in inquiries.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Job Requirements

Job Description & Requirements

1. Handle phone / sms enquiries and tracking of appointments

2. Confirm , schedule and / or cancellation of appointments for both internal and external patient (SM & Tracking goggle sheet)

3. Follow up call / sms

4. Receiving and Greeting patients upon arriving , confirming the right treatment and registering patients

5. Data entry of patient personal information in system

6. Maintain cleanliness of clinic and front desk

7. Process payments using different payment mode

Salary range: $4,500 - $5,000

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead the customer care team and oversee the daily operations of the customer care team
• Develop intervention strategies to mitigate gaps in service delivery
• Drive customer attraction and retention strategy to improve loyalty
• Audits customer service procedures and trends to determine system improvements.
• Monitor and ensure timely resolution of all customer issues.
• Consistently review on existing service procedures, policies and standards
• Develop and implement changes to improve customer service experience and facilitate organic growth
• Recruit, mentor and develop customer care executives
