As a Customer Services Agent, you will provide a consistent high-quality service to customers at any designated area (check-in counters, boarding gates, transfer desk, special handling). In this role, you will:

Qualifications & Experience

The main duties include Butler specific tasks representing other department such as In-room dining and housekeeping into a single position. Butler role also serve as a personal assistant with proficient computer skills, a Concierge who eloquent to offer guest’s preferred products and services. Butler is a one-stop service from simple tasks of proactively seeking assistance for repair to extravagant showcasing of creativity by organizing floral arrangements in the Suites or special celebration. The main duties of the Butler includes preparing the Suites for Arrival, In-stay and Departure; Meet & Greet Guests around the property; satisfying personal preferences and needs. Job Responsibilities

Accomplish Day to Day Operations

1. Perform VIP Guest meet and greet and farewell process according to the set standard.
2. Up to date of internal promotions and be familiar with in the local community, famous events in town and local offerings. Customer Service Officer (Call Centre) - 1 Year Contract - Singapore

Are you passionate about customer service and enjoy interacting with people? We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service Officer (Chinese Speaker) to join our team in Singapore! You’ll play a critical role in providing first-call resolutions to end-users via calls and emails, delivering excellent service experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, emails, call-back requests, and live chats (where applicable) while meeting service level agreements.
• Provide friendly and efficient assistance to ensure a pleasant customer experience.
• Log all interactions accurately into the case management system, including customer inquiries, problems, and resolutions.
• Follow up on unresolved incidents and ensure timely resolutions.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a call centre or customer service environment.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required to effectively liaise with Chinese-speaking vendors and end-users.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work staggered office hours on rotation, including alternate Saturdays (5.5-day work week).
• Immediately Available candidate is a plus.

This is a 1 year contract to start, renewable and convertible to permanent.

This role will have responsibility for leading the team that makes every customer in their Major Area committed to ServiceNow for life and have the ability to marshal all customer resources to address any customer satisfaction, adoption, professional services, or renewal challenges within their Major Area, resulting in clear accountability, consistent service and one face to the customer.
