• Responsible for full spectrum of financial activities including oversight of management accounts reporting, forecasts and budgeting, cashflow management and statutory compliance

ROLE PURPOSE (Why do we need this role?)

• Support the full spectrum of HR management and drive the execution of HR strategy which aligns and integrates APAC office with Tidewater business strategy and corporate agenda.
• Management of the key HR functions of all shore-based personnel in the region, comprising Singapore, Indonesia, Brunei and Australia.

HR Strategy and Leadership Management

• Support and develop HR plans in support of key business needs.
• Provide expert advice and counsel to senior managers on all organization and HR issues.
