Job Summary

The Assistant Marketing Manager will assist the Marketing Manager in overseeing the marketing aspects in the Singapore market. He/She will also require reporting and communicating the market activities to the marketing teams in China.

Job Scope

• Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-­facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets
• Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels
• Design and oversee digital marketing plans including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns
• Articulate value propositions for both online and offline collaterals to raise consumer awareness and influence consumer preference for our product/menu offerings
• Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
• Undertake market intelligence and consumer insights projects, via a range of medium and platforms, to stay informed and abreast of trends and developments in the F&B sector
• Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
• Conduct outlet briefings for major marketing campaigns

Job Requirements

• Degree and above in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
• Strong in planning and executing marketing programs, methods of multimedia channels and publicity of our brands
• Strong written and oral communications skills
• Resilience in meeting tight deadlines and concurrently handling different marketing campaigns
• Ability to work with cross-cultural teams and groups internationally

The role will be part of IT Infrastructire team and is responsible for establishing and maintaining robust project management practices to drive efficiency, ensure compliance, and deliver successful project outcomes. This role focuses on creating frameworks, monitoring project performance, and aligning teams with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Establish a framework to monitor and ensure compliance with project management processes.

• Set up review boards for project evaluations, decisions, and risk management.

Job Summary

The Kitchen Operations Manager at D’leecious Kitchen is responsible for managing all aspects of daily kitchen operations, from food preparation to customer service. This role requires a proactive, strategic mindset, as the manager will play a key role in optimizing kitchen efficiency, ensuring high-quality standards, and contributing to the growth of the food stall. Working alongside the Director, the Kitchen Operations Manager is expected to take full ownership of the operations and support long-term business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and execute all food preparation and cooking activities, ensuring that food is ready and of top quality for daily operations from 9 am to 6 pm.

- Implement and enforce strict hygiene and food safety protocols to maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.

- Set daily goals in consultation with the Director and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to food quality, customer satisfaction, and efficiency.

- Manage inventory with a focus on cost control, waste reduction, and maximizing freshness and quality of ingredients.

- Conduct monthly inventory audits and analyze usage patterns to streamline ordering processes.

- Negotiate with suppliers on pricing and delivery terms to optimize procurement costs, under the guidance of the Director.

Qualifications

• Proficient in DFM for product (automation) manufacturing, assembly, and test processes.
• Proficient in designing tools such as CAD and FMEA.
