Job Scope :

• Manage all crew-related matters within the Group, including recruitment and re-employment.
• Prepare and track marine personnel budgets, informing management of any changes.
• Assist in preparing estimates for crew-related costs.
• Negotiate Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA) with Seamen’s Unions, presenting them for final approval.
• Handle recruitment of senior and junior officers or crew, regardless of nationality.
• Ensure that insurance coverage for officers and crew aligns with CBAs or individual contracts and meets the vessel’s P&I coverage.
• Address and liaise with charterers on senior officers/crew disputes; conduct investigations when crew-related issues arise.
• Oversee crew performance appraisal, training, and monitoring; propose wage levels and terms for personnel not covered by CBA
