• Discuss ideas with the Area Manager to achieve sales targets, assist Area Manager with the implementation of ideas and motivate outlet staff to achieve sales target

Qualifications:

1. Educational Background and Experience

2. Technical Skills

• Proficient in cloud platforms such as HuaWei, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experienced with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP).

3. Communication and Leadership Skills

• Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to perform well under pressure.

4. Additional Requirements

• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master are highly desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to occasional travel needs.
