Our client, a properties developer headquartered in Singapore is currently looking for a Property Officer to join their team.

Salary: $2,500 to $3,000
Work Location: East
Work Days: 5 Days (8:45pm to 5:45pm)

Responsibilities:
• Handling feedback or complaints received from tenant/buyer.
• Maintaining proper records of feedback or complaints.
• Liaise with tenants for renovation submission.
• Liaise with tenant / buyer / contractors for necessary works.
• Tracking of reinstatement / repair works / servicing schedules.
• Other ah-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Diploma holders with 1 to 2 years with relevant working experiences in MCST office preferred
• Candidates without prior experience but with keen interest are welcomed to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications
• Meticulous and independent
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Singaporean only need apply
