What You’ll Be Doing

• Process order entries, ensure that these entries are accurate, issue timely invoices, and actively correspond with customers on delivery/service status in APAC.

The Job

• Helping customers on-site to select suitable storage units, service and/or merchandise
• Process rental / renewal agreements, collect payment and maintain timely and accurate records
• Help customers to resolve requests or issues with their storage
• Check, report and follow-up on any maintenance issues required in the branch you are in-charge of.
• Prepare and submit reports as required

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of sales agreements, invoices, billings, and documentation for sales and financing transactions
• Update administrative data in systems and maintain records of such data, including general record keeping and filing duties
• Assist in scheduling of workshop appointments by coordinating and liaising with customers

Job Description:

• Manage Wholesale order processing and inventory fulfillment.
• Accurately process customers’ orders.
• Proactively identify operational problems, suggest solutions, and independently resolve issues.
• Interact routinely (telephone and emails) with Sales Team and Warehouse.
• Process Return Merchandise Authorizations. Resolve shipping-errors, process warranty requests, and markdowns for the customers in the designated client group.
• Champion for and maintain a 95% On Time Shipping (OTS) metric for your account base. Will work with planning, sales, and management to make decisions in the best interest of the company and the customer.
• Accept, process, and track customer orders through EDI and non-EDI systems. Process sales and PO changes as required.

Objectives of the position:

This role is for the Customer Quality Support for Company’s product distribution where Customer’s feedback & Product Quality requirements / issues are handled. The person will be responsible to handle Customers requirements such as complaints, test data & other technical information as requested. Customer complaints handling will also include the necessary communication with all the stake holders (Customer, Supplier, CS, PP, SVM, LOG). 1. Manage Customer complaint processes such as acknowledgement of the complaint, updating into SAP, keeping track of the complaint, closure of the complaint & summarizing for monthly reporting.
