WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

The Area Manager oversees the diverse operations of 4-6 outlets, serving as a critical leader in aligning outlet goals with company strategic plans. They foster positive relationships with Kiosk Managers and teams while ensuring effective collaboration and the overall success of the outlets.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Management and Leadership:

1. Direction and Coaching:

• Provide clear, concise, and positive direction to team members, coaching and mentoring others to lead operations effectively.
• Ensure adherence to Stuff’d guidelines for service quality and food delivery.

1. Communication and Coordination:

• Act as a liaison between the HQ Corporate office and assigned outlets, disseminating information and directives to Kiosk Managers and teams.
• Coach and mentor team members across all levels within assigned outlets.

1. Performance Monitoring and Improvement:

• Review Daily Business Reports of assigned outlets, identifying problems and suggesting improvement measures to optimize performance.
• Ensure adherence to daily and monthly operational tasks, including sales deposits, inventory ordering, and administrative submissions.

Outlet Operational Leadership:

1. Efficient Operations:

• Direct efficient and accurate product preparation for prompt customer delivery, maintaining service speed guidelines.
• Evaluate existing business procedures and recommend improvements for enhanced efficiency.

1. Promotions and Maintenance:

• Ensure effective execution of sales promotions by Kiosk Managers, coordinating ongoing maintenance with HQ Corporate office for business continuity.

1. Feedback and Continuous Improvement:

• Review customer feedback and incident reports, ensuring necessary actions are taken and facilitating After-Action Reviews (AARs) for improvement.

Compliance and Safety:

1. Food and Workplace Safety:

• Ensure scheduled food audits and compliance with standard operating procedures, SFA guidelines, and adherence to FIFO principles for food products.
• Communicate and enforce safe work procedures and safety rules across all team levels, implementing risk control measures as needed.

Manpower Management:

1. Staffing and HR Oversight:

• Review weekly schedules for adequate staffing levels and coverage, managing manpower costs effectively within assigned outlets.
• Handle employees’ concerns, conflicts, and attrition, maintaining accuracy in monthly timesheet submissions and facilitating hiring for succession planning.

1. Performance Management and Accountability:

• Set challenging goals for self and team members, providing timely performance feedback, ensuring accountability, and enforcing HR policies, security, and safety procedures.

ADDITIONAL JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Business Acquisition Manager, you will be dedicated to helping mobile-first businesses and app developers achieve their business goals. You will provide exceptional client service, research, and market analysis. You will anticipate how decisions are made, explore and uncover the business needs of potential clients, and understand how a range of app promo products can grow their business.

In this role, you will also advise on marketing strategies which will help customers achieve their goals and serve as an expert and advocate for mobile app developers within Google. You will build and manage a pipeline of clients working towards strategic objectives and be responsible for collaborating with a number of internal stakeholders to for the long-term success of these new customers.

Qualifications

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prospect, manage, and forecast new business pipeline and opportunities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in sales, media, or advertising.
• Ability to communicate in English and Vietnamese fluently to communicate with and serve Vietnamese speaking customers.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience planning, delivering, and executing marketing campaigns, measurement, and creative strategy in an App ecosystem.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and Google digital advertising products.
• Ability to operate and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to take on challenges and develop actionable plans and recommendations.

Responsibilities

· Overall manage given Named Partners to achieve the joint business growth target for Huawei solutions and ICT products including network, IT storage, Optical, Cloud and Green Energy etc.

· Conduct Joint business planning and business analysis, execute joint activities, drive and meet sales result.

· Plan, manage and support given partners enablement through product training, sales best practices sharing, partner programs, certification, joint solution productization and launch, POC etc.

· Manage partner incentive programs and partner marketing funding and operations. Work and support marketing team, solution team to drive joint partner marketing for joint business awareness and Demand Generation.

· Work and support partner's project for joint tenders/projects.

Job Requirements

· Bachelor Degree is mandatory, prefer in IT or Engineering.

· 5+years of experience in Partner management or Account Sales in ICT industry

· Public Sector Sales and Enterprise sales background is a plus.

· Good commutation skill, project management skill, presentation will be a must.

· Quick learner, hard-working, can-do attitude and believe in the value creation through partnership.

• Actively exploring new clientele and markets for tug and barge services. Cultivate relationships with existing clients through sales of tug and barge.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to formulate tailored sales strategies for the promotion of tug and barge services.
• Take the lead in monitoring market trends and gathering industry-specific information. Offer valuable recommendations and feedback to the stakeholdersr based on the acquired data.
• Spearhead marketing efforts by managing Tug & Barge Operations and maintaining high standards in service delivery.
