The Role:

• Provide efficient and effective sales administration process flow and coordination to ensure highest customer satisfaction.
• Support Account Managers in preparing Sale Quotations to customers’ enquiries with an eye of detail and close follow up.
• To gather information and support Account Managers when there is a Tender requirement in liaison with Suppliers and Technical Solution Team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• To support the OSH program and make safety and health a part of their daily routine and to ensure that they are following safe work methods and relevant regulations
• General administrative support as required by members of Transport Dept. and management
• Liaise with customers or vendors related to procurement and administrative requirements
• Monitor vessel schedule vis PSA Portnet and Jurong port system.

We have an immediate vacancy for a suitably qualified individual to join us as Customer Service Officer in the Customer Service Department. The department offers consumer banking products and services such as savings accounts, fixed deposits, current accounts and remittances services to both corporate and individual customers.

The successful candidate will perform a back-end support function in the department. The key duties include following up with customers on KYC periodic review documentation; updating customer information data in the systems; liaising with customers on incomplete customer due diligence documentation; attending to customers and/or other departments’ enquiry on account opening, account closure and account maintenance; handling Outward clearing / Inward & Outward Returned Cheque / E-voucher Response / Mark Cheque / Inward Clearing Report / CTS transaction backup; handling e-Giro transactions; preparation of various reports for submission to Head Office, Management and regulatory bodies. The successful candidate will also be involved in projects and system enhancement work.
