An Operations Manager Consultant plays a crucial role in helping organizations optimize our processes, enhance efficiency, and achieve their strategic goals. The specific role is essential in keeping work flow and procedures in order, enforce regulations and rules within the company.

Individual to be involved in: Identify areas for improvement in operational processes. Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and address concerns.

• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.

Main Objective

You will report to the Customer Service Manager and provide support in the following areas:
• Point of contact between Sales and Production
• To achieve customer satisfaction

Key Tasks

• Handling of customer enquiry for products and services
• Monitor and prepare quotation for Sales
• Reviewing existing quotations with clients to assess status
• Sourcing of materials for job related ancillaries to avoid disruption in production schedules
• Conduct of Contract Review in the event of an order
• Manage and clear outstanding customer demands and coordinate with Production to facilitate timing delivery of orders
• Update order progress with clients
• Maintenance and Preparation of presentation material, product information

Key Responsibilities

• To act as a central point for the customer on a particular job and take a pro-active approach to customer liaison.
• To liaise constantly with Production personnel regarding job status
• To achieve customer satisfaction
• To create and maintain good working relationships
