• He/She will perform both front-office counter service duties and back- office operational and administrative duties in the department.
• Such duties include handling over the counter banking transactions including opening of accounts; processing inward and outward remittance transactions;
• Processing inter-bank GIRO payments;
• Handling customer enquiries;
• Attending to customers’ account requests; etc.
