RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build the Gallery's Library & Archives collections and resources through collaborations with curators, artists, artist families, art collectors, archives and galleries in Singapore and the region
• Maintain the digital and physical holdings of the archives, which includes fumigation, preservation & conservation care, digitisation, meta-data creation, accessioning, cataloguing and research

Role Overview

• As the Regional Supply Chain Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the supply chain within the APAC region (including China). You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and sales, to ensure seamless coordination and efficiency across the supply chain and logistics network.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular analysis of supply chain metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

• Analyze market trends, industry developments, and customer demand to anticipate changes and proactively address supply chain/logistics challenges.
• Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and agility.

The ideal candidate should be/have

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 10 to 12 years of progressive experience in supply chain management within the electronics manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of logistics and distributions, import/export requirements and customs practices.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing complex supply chain networks across multiple countries within the APAC region.
• Highly resourceful, independent and able to work effectively in a diverse environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, foster a collaborative work environment, and drive results.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain principles, logistics, procurement, inventory management, and demand forecasting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to liaise with China/Taiwan counterparts.
• Willingness to travel within the APAC region as needed.
