THE ROLE

As our Customer Success Manager at Digify, you can choose to work on-site at our Singapore office or remotely, with occasional travel to Singapore as needed. A day in the life:

RBE Manager, SEA markets will be responsible for planning and executing the retail product presentation and storytelling experience across Singapore, Thailand and Malaysia to deliver consistent in-store / omni guest experience. • Call Centre: Main duties include answering of calls from public, handling general enquires, transferring of calls and handling wake-up calls.
• Lounge: Serving of F&B to VIP guests in lounge. Applicant must be comfortable touching and handling alcohol.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of NITEC (Service, hospitality, tourism or related disciplines preferred)
• 1 year of relevant experience in handling Front Office operations.
• Fresh graduates are welcome too.

Other information:

• 5 days rotating shift work-week (including weekends and overnight)
• 9.5 hours a day (including 45 minutes meal break)
• Up to 44 hours per week

Description

Candidate will be responsible for engaging visitors with exciting and informative presentations, ensuring they have an enjoyable and immersive experience at our attraction. Additionally, you will manage operational tasks that contribute to the overall success of the attraction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct interactive presentations and demonstrations of Trickeye exhibits for groups.
• Provide engaging explanations of the exhibits to enhance the visitor experience.
• Facilitate hands-on activities and assist with special events.
• Help organize and run special events, group bookings, or school tours.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of content.
• Ensure exhibits are well-maintained and in proper working condition.
• Assist with ticketing, crowd control, and visitor flow management
• Handle guest inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Support in daily opening and closing procedures of the attraction.

Requirements:

• Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
• Able to conduct presentations and tours in Mandarin will be required.
• Enthusiastic and approachable with a passion for customer service.
• Interest in art, technology, or interactive experiences is a plus.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
