Role Description

The Customer Service Executives assist our team of Real Estate Consultants by answering inbound enquiries, qualifying buyers, and coordinating viewings. • Work with the demand planning team to obtain updated customer forecasts, follow up on outstanding orders, and collaborate with the sales team to update forecasts as needed.

Requirements:

• Ideally 1-3 years of customer service and order entry experience with a diploma.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Familiarity with Oracle is advantageous.
• Strong English communication skills.
