• Accessibility: Ensuring designs are accessible to users with disabilities, following accessibility guidelines and best practices.

• Iterative Design: Embracing an iterative design approach, refining and evolving designs based on user feedback and testing.

Skill Requirement:

•Minimum 4 years of experience of working as a Visual/UI/Web Designer.

• Degree or Diploma in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.

• Proficient in graphic design principles, including layout, composition, colour theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.

• A strong portfolio that showcases your ability to design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for websites, applications, and other digital products.

• Advanced knowledge of design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Figma, or other industry-standard tools.
• Understanding user needs and preferences and incorporating them into the design process to create intuitive and effective user experiences.

• Strong teamwork and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients.

• An eye for detail and precision in design work to deliver polished and professional visual assets.

• Knowledge of web and mobile technologies and their impact of feasibility on design solutions.

• A creative mindset to come up with fresh and innovative design concepts that align with project goals and user needs.

• A willingness to stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve design skills.

• Past working experience with web portals that leverages on GatherSG is a plus

Job Description

• Receive orders from Customers, create sales orders and shop orders.
• Provide customer support and management of customer order schedule.
• Co-ordinate with Program Management team in providing quotes to customers.
• Consult with Manufacturing Department regarding equipment, manpower, and workload. Participate in meetings to discuss control problems.
• Ensure strategic development and implementation of long-term contracts with supply base.
• Manage and oversee inventories in our warehouse and at customer sites for those 'Kanban' part numbers
• Receive, interpret, discuss, and edit customer and sales orders. Respond to customer inquiries such as product selection and requests for prices and quotations.
• Issue PO to suppliers based on actual order & forecast and expedite for material as required
• Negotiate with suppliers to support cost reduction and Lead time reduction
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
