Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relations Executive in Singapore. The Customer Relations Executive will be responsible for the acquisition of new clients, developing and maintaining relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving customer complaints. They will be required to act as a representative of Singrass at industry trade shows, conferences and events, and be required to speak at such events when required. They will also be responsible for managing customer data and coordinating with other departments to provide optimal customer service.

Qualifications

· Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the sustainability or agriculture industry

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build connections and partnerships to deliver results

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous start-up environment

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate with English and Chinese speaking customers

· Experience in project management is a plus

· Diploma in Business Administration or related field

Responsibilities:

· Pre and post technical support to customer on vision

Requirements:

· Degree or Diploma in Electrical / Optics Engineer

· 3 to 5 years of experience on machine vision application

· Good understanding on camera / lens / optical

Activities and Responsibilities

· Processing new orders into SAP, closely following up on orders to meet monthly sales target.

· Provide customer support, managing relation with customers, attend to enquires, information request etc…

· Checking stock inventory to advise Sales/Customers

· To monitor advance payments, customers claims and export control.

· Ensure all documentation and processes are in accordance with corporate guidelines

· Work closely with the warehouse to handle inbound and outbound distribution

· To organize shipments (road/sea/air), checking freight cost.

. To support the preparation of reports, analysis and Year End stock takes

. Resolve and co-ordinate any operational day to day issues with 3PL warehouse / Customers / Suppliers / Forwarders.

. Manage LC negotiation, Country of Origin, Form D, any Certification

. Verifying Vendors invoices, compiling invoices for weekly submission

. Any other activities in line with this role requested by the Manager

Requirement

. Proficient in SAP, MS Office

. Knowledge with Letter of Credit negotiation

. Ability to think strategically, problem solving skills

. Motivated and organized/details oriented

. Tactful to handle difficult customers

. A minimum of 3 years proven experience in a customer service position

. Strong team player with attitude

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily rate enquiries from local customers and overseas agents.
• Timely response for all enquiries with multiple solutions and accuracy.
• Communicate and coordinate with operations team for efficient execution of shipments.
• Understand and analyse market trends, assist in providing pricing strategies for clients.
• Develop key account business through regular communication, efficient pricing and follow ups.
• Report generation.
