Job Description:

• Perform administrative duties, such as data entry into the maintenance management system, handling emails, faxes, etc
• Received cases from FMMs and create case Notifications in ILMS
• Submit Daily Findings for different sites and retrieve notification report summary on both daily and weekly basis.
• Check and amend FSOR errors for HTX/NCS uploads.
• Assist FMMs from different sites in installing and updating required ILMS apps from Software Centre.
• Follow up with ITLOs from different sites on SOE or ILMS account creation from FMMs (when needed).
• Coordinating with HTX/NCS to resolve system issues pertaining to the existing iLMS Solution.
• Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE “O” Level or any ITE qualification with at least two years of relevant working experiences in any customer service industries and with data experience in SAP or excel.

Key Accountabilities:

• Undertake the assignments on one's own such as commissioning, installation, maintenance, trouble-shooting and repair/overhaul for MTU engines and associated product
• Capable of resolving technical matters and completing services according to the works order for acceptance by the customers.
• Conduct acceptance test of equipment and systems with customers or customer representatives.
• Carry out repair/adjustment if required.
• Provide service/investigation reports where applicable.
• Prepare and submit travel report on work progress as well as completion of project.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Marine Engineering.
• At least 2 – 3 years of experience in the diesel engine/generator industry.
• Experience in troubleshooting, project handling/execution, servicing and commissioning.
• Communicates effectively, has a strong initiative and ability to work under pressure.
• Possess logical and analytical skills
• Highly independent, and an excellent team player.

You play a vital role in creating a memorable experience for all our passengers. Your main role involves checkingin, greeting passengers upon their arrival and ensuring a smooth departure process. You may also be tasked to assist passengers with special needs or provide customer service in exclusive premier lounges at Changi Airport. Besides being responsible for buffet table presentations, you also handle meet/greet services at the reception area and perform basic computerized transactions.

Compensation:
• Local NITEC: $2000, Higher NITEC: $2100
• Monthly base salary for experienced hires without NITEC can go up to $1700.
• Shift allowance and OT (before probation, avg $200. After probation avg $200-$500 after confirmation)
• Staff transport will be provided for candidates working beyond midnight.
