• Degree in Real Estate Business/Facilities Management /Project and Facilities Management /Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in leading a team in managing commercial properties/retail mall.
• Possess Fire Safety Manager certification
• Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
