• Organizing all the work they do and maintaining the accounting records
• Reporting discrepancies they find within the accounts to their superiors
• Serve food or beverages to patrons, and prepare or serve specialty dishes at tables as required.

Responsibilities:

• Project Delivery:Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet business requirements.
  Oversee the operations, maintenance, and monitoring of systems throughout the project lifecycle.
  Ensure compliance with IT governance frameworks, including security and resilience standards.
  Lead and coordinate with GovTech teams, auditors, and other stakeholders for audits and implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
  
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:Work closely with the Business Analyst, Solution Architect, IT Infrastructure Engineer, and agency users to ensure smooth project execution.
  Foster strong working relationships with stakeholders to meet project goals and expectations.
  
• Reporting & Documentation:Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication.
  Document all project phases, risks, and outcomes for compliance and future reference.
  

Experience and Skills Needed:

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/Infocomm Technology, Electronics Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in Project Management.
• Experience in full software or product development cycles, preferably using Agile Methodology.
• Strong analytical, conceptualization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage expectations effectively.

Added Advantage:

• Project Management experience in Agile environments.
• Project Management certifications such as CITPM, COMIT, or PMI.
• Experience in Audit/Quality Management and Portfolio Management.
