Responsibilities

1. Attend to customer’s incoming calls, SMS and Whatsapp messages
2. Update of customer information on internal database
3. To support sales
4. To place outbound cold calls and provide good customer services
5. To keep our customers informed on the latest update and ongoing promotions
6. To be inquisitive and sensitive towards customers’ requirements and concerns over call
7. Other administrative duties as assigned from time to time

The individual will play a critical role to manage the Club’s helpdesk , providing a friendly and delightful experience to members, guests, patrons and public.

Job Roles :

1) Perform reception duties
2) Manage all queries / requests at Front Reception Desk
3) Ensure auto acknowledgement of requests received is paired with a ‘ticket’ number
4) Sieve and distribute requests to respective departments for handling / follow up
5) Manual log in of requests received outside of system, i.e. phone or email or walk-in
6) Monitor requests status
7) Send chaser on ‘open’ cases to respective departments
8) Ensure reception front is clean and presentable
9) Report any abnormalities happening at lobby. Log requests to respective depts for follow up, if needed
10) Handle mails distribution
11) Other ad-hoc assignment for skills development

We require a part time, weekend Administration and Customer Services Executive to perform admin and customer service tasks for our floristry business including:

• Printing delivery orders and gift message cards
• Planning delivery routes
• Managing the dispatch of flowers and gifts
• Answering basic customer enquiries
• Recording inventory

The position is Saturdays and/or Sundays only at this time. It is open to Singapore Citizens and PRs only.

We are looking for somebody with a friendly disposition and a customer service orientation, with a desire to deliver an awesome experience to customers. Previous admin experience is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn is the main requirement! Students welcome :)

NB: The candidate would be required to lift flower arrangements, which can sometimes be quite heavy.

Location/Hours:

• Central work location, close to a number of bus stops and many food outlets. Note, this is a workshop/studio environment, not a retail store
• Casual dress and fun, upbeat environment
• Saturdays are full day. Sundays are half day

Hourly pay rate (dependant on experience). We are Progressive Wage (PW Mark) accredited.
