Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Assistant (Remote), you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, playing a pivotal role in shaping their overall experience with our brand. You’ll serve as the frontline ambassador of our brand, our primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, fostering meaningful connections, and contributing to our larger vision of global empowerment.

This is a work-from-home position, and you will thrive in our start-up environment where collaboration, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving are key. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including client’s chat, over the various channels such as Telegram/Whatsapp/Instagram/Facebook chats and email, embodying the values of BeFound in every interaction.
• Support clients’ skincare journey and build strong relationships by understanding their skincare needs and replying to their enquiries promptly.
• Resolving client issues and concerns with empathy and professionalism, going the extra mile to exceed their expectations and build brand satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience, contributing ideas and insights to support our mission and values.
• Proactively seeking feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and contributing to initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall client experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role is a MUST.
• Passion for skincare, makeup, and beauty education.
• Having a heart for people takes the initiative to go the extra mile in delighting our clients.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Empathetic and patient demeanour, with the ability to actively listen to customer needs and concerns.

• Able to work rotating weeks shifts (Mondays to Saturdays, Tuesdays to Saturdays)

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to local & overseas inquiries via phone, email in a timely and professional manner
• Process of sales quotation/order, delivery order/invoices
• Provide support to sales manager
• Prepare shipping documentation
• Liaise with forwarders on shipment matters
• Assist ad-hoc tasks when needed

Requirements

• fluent in English & Mandarin speaking and written
• Able to work independently while remain a strong team player
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Familiar with sea/air freight procedures
• Familiar with SAP B1 an advantage

Training will be provided to assist candidate to uptake job scope

Customer Service Executive

The ideal applicant will be friendly, have a strong focus on providing excellent customer service, and take great pleasure in doing so. He or she must be both a team player and an individual worker. Candidates with backgrounds in order processing, after service support, and customer service are preferred.

Job Description:

• Provide customer service to walk-in customers
• Attend to telephone, email, and live chat inquiries in an effective and efficient manner
• Ability to understand customers' needs and provide appropriate solutions and attention
• Access to various service portals to retrieve the required information
• Escalate unresolved issues to higher levels
• Identify direct or cross-sell opportunities during customer interaction
• Consistently deliver excellent quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction
• Solicit customers' feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions
• Provides regular reports to Reporting Manager
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Reporting Manager

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level
• Able to work under pressure
• Problem solver
• Able to converse in English fluently
• At least 2 years of customer service-related experience
• Experience in customer service or retail service in the Telecommunication related industry. (Preferably, not a must)
• A calm temperament and excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work independently and be an excellent team player
• Be willing to work on shift (5 days work week, 2 days of rest)
• Require to work on weekends/public holidays as per schedule
• Work hours will be day shifts, latest shift ending at 10pm and there will be no overnight shifts

1. Responsible for processing and management of customers’ orders with timely deliveries.

2. Timely keying in orders and acknowledgment of customer purchase orders.

3. Ensure no overdue customer orders; work closely with the sales team and business development team to clear overdue customer orders for deliveries/ shipments arrangement.

4. Liaise with customers on deliveries/shipment dates and any special requirements about customers’ order fulfilments.

You will be responsible for your target, including the following job responsibilities:

· Engage and establish good relationships with Prospects, from an assigned pool of leads.

· Maintain a high level of professionalism and service while speaking to Prospects or Clients.

· Manage appointment cancellations and reschedule new appointments with prospects promptly.

· Conduct regular calls with the Prospect or Client to book appointments for him/her.

· Call Prospect or Client to remind them of their appointment.

· Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor or Management.

Requirements:

· Minimum 1 year of outbound call center experience.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Good language proficiency to correspond with English and Mandarin-speaking clients for booking of appointments.
