Job scope:

• Maximizing imaging revenue and achieve revenue targets
• Implementing business development and sales strategies, and to maximize the potential of existing client networks
• Responsible for planning and sourcing new business opportunity.
• Monitoring ongoing trends in marketing and the industry to support development of long-term account plans
• Talent planning of the team to support the long term development of the company
• Main point of contact with external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Matriculated or above, tertiary education is preferred
• Minimum 5 years experiences in the field of imaging/ Trip site / hospitality with at least 3 years at the manager level
• Knowledge in data analysis, experience user of PC and office software
• Prior experience in photography service industry is highly preferred

Responsibilities:

• Actively search for potential candidates from job boards (e.g. Jobstreet, MyCareersFuture), social media platforms, and other recruitment channels (canvassing or networking events included)
• Writing compelling and accurate job advertisements to attract candidates to apply. Screening calls to filter out suitable candidates.
• Build and maintain pipeline of prospective candidates through proactive outreach. Encourage employee referrals from current team to tap into their network.
• Review resumes and applications to identify candidates with the right skills, experiences and potential for growth.
• Conduct cold calls and video interviews with potential candidates to actively sell our company and Business Development role.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Working closely with BD team leaders to fully understand their requirements, such as personality, experience, sales skills.
• Have regular catch ups to review status of the candidate pipeline, feedback of the new joiners (performance, culture fit) and adjust sourcing strategies as needed.
• Assist in preparing and extending job offers, making sure candidates are well managed through the process.
• Help coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and interview feedback.
• Provide a positive candidate experience through transparent, respectful and timely communication at every stage of the hiring process.
• Monitor KPIs such as hiring targets, offer acceptance rate and candidate quality. Regularly report on progress to sales leadership, HR.
• Making sure there's continuous improvement by identifying gaps in recruitment process and suggest improvements.

Requirements

• Prior recruitment experience preferred but not mandatory, either in-house or agency
• A growth-oriented, positive and solution-driven mindset with eagerness to learn
• Can-do attitude, resilience and the ability to maintain a positive outlook
• Strong desire to develop within the Talent Acquisition field and willingness to learn from feedback and experiences
• Strong ownership of tasks without needing constant direction and takes initiatives

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies and campaigns (For Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan Market) to drive leads to achieve business objectives
• Manage owned and paid media channels, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, online and OMO advertising campaigns to drive customer engagement and increase sales
• Manage budgets and analyze digital marketing performance to drive strong CPL, CPA, ROI, brand exposure, and awareness to inform future strategies
• Implementing A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and retargeting campaigns
• Implementing marketing automation and lead generation strategies
• Provide leadership and direction to the performance marketing team, including managing personnel, setting goals, and providing performance feedback
• Work closely with the management team to share funnel conversion improvement ideas and feedback, present results, and assist in projects

Requirements

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related disciplines
• 10+ years of solid digital marketing experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies
• Solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, to drive actionable insights & actions
• Experience with Fintech, SaaS, or B2B tech business is highly preferred
• Able to work under pressure independently, strategic thinker, result-driven, a visionary leader and detail-minded
• With excellent commercial acumen and strong ability to achieve business KPIs through effective marketing strategies
