Job Description:
- Handle customer queries and reply professionally
- Prepare invoices and delivery documents for drivers and customers
- Assist in delivery schdule planning
- Handle customer service and provide first level of support
- Provide quality customer service to customers via email and phone chats
- Clarify and understand customer needs and requirements
- Follow-up on outstanding cases and communication to customers
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- Prefers individual with ability to multitask in fast paced environment
- Passionate working in Food Industry
- 5.5 days work week
- Working hours from 0730 to 1700 (Mon to Fri) and 0730 to 1300 (Sat), alternate Sat after job confirmation
- Bilingual and proficient in English (both written and spoken)
- Possess good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Diploma or ITE graduates are welcome to apply
- No minimum experience needed
- Training is provided
