Job Summary:

The Customer Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to our products and services. You will work closely with both local and remote teams to ensure that customer support requests are resolved efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Support for Customer:

· Provide first-line technical support to customers for issues related to our products, services, and systems.

• Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions using the company’s ticketing system.
• Provide regular reports on support activities, including issue trends and resolution times, to senior management.
• Contribute to the development of internal and external knowledge bases by documenting common issues and solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in a technical support or customer service engineering role.
• Strong technical knowledge in IT infrastructure, networking, system and software troubleshooting.
• Language Requirements:
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) to communicate with local customers and teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise technical guidance to non-technical customers.
• Experience using support ticketing systems (Jira).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with data center operations, cloud services, or IT infrastructure.
• Experience supporting global customers across various time zones.
• Knowledge and expierence of NVIDIA AI Infra eco-system is a plus.

3. Resource Management:

• Manage customer service resources effectively, including personnel, tools, and systems, to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Manage customers’ assets and life-cycle, ensuring all customer-related hardware, service, and infrastructure are regularly maintained, updated, and replaced as needed.
• Oversee the site based customer resources and services, and implement best practices for resource allocation and usage to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.

4. Escalation Management:

• Serve as the escalation point for major incidents, ensuring that critical issues are addressed with urgency and precision.
• Implement and manage escalation frameworks to ensure high-priority issues are resolved within defined timelines.
• Communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams during escalations, providing regular updates and ensuring transparency throughout the process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration) or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in customer service management, preferably in a technical or IT environment.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience in supporting IT infrastructure, software, and services.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience managing a multicultural and multilingual team.
• Language Requirements:

Position summary statement:

Guest Service Team Leader (GSTL) works as a supervisor role of front office to manage all aspects of the front office, back office, and Pacific Lounge functions, in accordance with Pan Pacific Service Suites standards. He/she is responsible for increasing overall guests stay experience. He/she is portray as a role model, assisting Assistant Guest Relations Manager to train and drive the culture of the team along with the Company’s Core Values.

Responsible in meeting guest needs and exceed guest expectations. Addressing and rectifying guest concerns and complaints, and perform office duties such as associate work schedules, monthly reports, and coordinates with other departments. A competent working knowledge of the property management systems (PMS) and Standard operating process are required. GSTL is responsible of mentoring and coaching junior associates.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide professional, courteous, and efficient level of service to all internal and external guests in line with the Standard Operating Procedures.
• Ensuring a high level of liaison is maintained between front office and all other departments within the hotel.
• Deliver a level of personalised service that exceeds not only the expectation of the guests but will add a point of difference from the service provided anywhere else within the Serviced Suites.

• A competent working knowledge of the property management systems (PMS) and Standard operating process are required in performing Front Office tasks, processes, and systems such as registration, cashiering and room assignment while adhere to all company credit policies to ensure that all revenue expected will be received.
• Coordinate rooms related site inspections required by Sales. Monitors the ‘Manual Hold’ and ‘Work Order’ rooms.
• Presence in the guest area during high traffic times to assist the front office employees and to ensure smooth operations.

Requirement:

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Senior position in Front office preferably from a Deluxe Premier Hotel or Serviced Apartment.

Responsibilites:

• Work closely with the Assistant Manager and provide courteous services to guests and responds efficiently and tactfully to guests' complaints, requests and enquiries
• Liaise closely with Concierge, Reception and Front Office cashier on guests' arrivals and departures
