About the role:

• Leading a team of Service Sales Engineers to achieve department orders and sales target
• Serve and maintain key customer accounts, always respond to them promptly
• Developing & building long-term customer relationships
• Actively identify potential opportunities & develop solutions with existing & new customers
• Gather market intelligence and identify potential customers, ensure potentials are converted to orders for the Company
• Develop the training plan for the sales team to improve their capability to serve the customers
• Engage the sales team to be motivated and build up their capability
• Working with other departments to package the solutions for customers
• Any other responsibilities as deemed appropriate and relevant.

About you:

• Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
• At least 5 years in HVAC or Service Sales field
• Leadership experience and ability to manage a team
• Resolves the issue among the team and put in effort in employee engagement
• Customer-driven with excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Able to work under stress and tight timelines.
• Candidates who own a vehicle with a valid driving license is preferred.

Responsibilites

• Administer full spectrum of payroll administration for 80 employees.
• Handle queries in regards to payroll and Human Resource matters.
• Prepare and reconcile monthly payroll reports.
• Process reservists’ make up pay claims
• Answer to all regular and ad hoc surveys eg, MOM surveys.
• Point of contact in relevant to local employment act, immigration act and HR related government act.
• Handle full spectrum of daily Human Resource administration.
• To administer leave and medical leave records.
• General HR and Administration duties as well as office support.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Business Admin or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in payroll processing and knowledge of Singapore payroll regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with payroll software
• Ability to handle confidential information and maintain a high level of accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Your duty is to always ensure the smooth running of our service area through managing, training, and developing the team. The key aim of the role is to provide maximum satisfaction and care of patients while maintaining smooth and speedy delivery of treatment.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following:

• To work closely with team leaders to ensure daily smooth operation and department readiness.
• To provide or arrange for system and knowledge training and refresher courses for existing staff.
• Reporting officer to manage a team of ancillary staff and oversee their training and development plan in tandem with the needs of the service area.
• To develop and provide service training to new/junior staff and monitor service standards to ensure good patient experience.
• Able to lead and initiate in quality improvement project (e.g.: 6S, service improvement project).
• To review or create SOP/ process guide for ground workflows.
• Able to do resource and manpower planning, strategic planning, and paper writing.
• To orientate and induct to new staff.
• Ensures that staff are working in optimal conditions and are motivated at work.
• Perform any other duties assigned by reporting officer.

Requirements

• Minimum degree with 2 years and above of service related experience. Knowledge of healthcare operations will be advantageous.
• Diploma holders with at least 5 years of relevant experience may be considered.
• Experience in leadership.
• Proficient in computer skills.
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
