Job Description Summary
As a Technical Solutioner, you will be responsible for the development of complex integrated solutions for Kyndryl Infrastructure, Project, and Consulting services and value directly to customers. You will also develop and manage customer relationships with solution decision makers in the Infrastructure and Customer Line of Business organizations. You will own the end-to-end solution to the customer, RISK identification/mitigation, Cost, Profit, and deliverability of the overall solution for our most complex engagements. This is a customer facing role in which 40 to 50% of the time is spent in face-to-face discussions with customers and typically working on two to five engagements at a time.
You will work on multiple client accounts and be responsible to review the customer's products and determine book pricing, using a general understanding of product costs to offer better solutions, and responsible for pipeline creation through working with alliance partners and responsible for total customer ownership involves reviewing the customer's entire landscape of security products, developing high-level pricing, and identifying ways to improve efficiency. You will also be capable of analyzing an infrastructure to identify and resolve legacy issues or problems. Success is measured by the number of deals won.

Required Technical and Professional Experience
• Minimum 5 - 10 years of experience in customer technical solutioning
• Having customer success background
• Understanding on Total Customer Ownership
• Possesses strong architecture methodologies in-depth knowledge of leading-edge technology solutions with industry and business skills to influence clients and sell Kyndryl solutions. Requires expertise in Hyperscale’s, being a certified professional
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Works closely with customers to understand their goals, needs and constraints, establish the vision, convert business and technical requirements into architectural designs
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
• Relevant security technology industry exposure and hands-on security experiences
