Job Purpose

I) Customers

External Customers

Experience/Qualification Requirements

- Degree Holder, relevant post-graduate qualifications will be an advantage

- 6-8 years of solid experience in the logistics or forwarding industry

- Of which at least 2 years is dealing with major accounts on a regional or global level

- Relevant experience in International Supply Chain, Decarbonization Market Trend and Digitization Processes will be an added advantage

- Fluent use of English (both written and spoken)

SERVICE ENGINEER

Main Duties

The ideal candidate will be involved with equipment installation, after-sales services such as calibration, certification and preventive maintenance, and service documentation and reports. The AV Service Engineer is responsible for providing technical support, data collection, coordinating maintenance and operation activities to ensure the optimal operation of autonomous vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

Level 1 Troubleshooting and Technical Support:
