In this job, you will:

• Perform light cooking tasks such as boiling, making side dishes and sauces.
• Prepare raw food ingredients, including meat, poultry, and vegetables.
• Carry out food preparation processes, including thawing, washing, cutting, marinating, and portioning food ingredients, following standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Serve the food to the customer and cashiering duties.

Responsibilities:

• Contributing to customer satisfaction by planning and executing service work according to customer order and expectation.
• Performing field service tasks, identifying technical problems and making analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products for which they are certified to perform.
• Preparing material lists needed for service activity and ensures that all materials, parts and equipment are available and at the appropriate quality for service activities.
• Preparing all documents and customer reports to be signed by the customer representative. utilize all relevant tools.
• Troubleshooting equipment/process failures and requesting proactive corrective actions and making recommendations to avoid repeating the problem in the future.
• Planning and executing work on a first-time right approach with customers, and ensures the job is done on time and on quality.
• Providing technical guidance to associates. Acting as trainer when needed, for field service associates and customers.
• Applying safety rules and safe practices as well as environmental responsibilities. Reporting unsafe practices and incidents.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical.
• Minimum 3 years in Electrical Engineering, especially in Un-interrupted Power Supply (UPS) field.
• A strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines.
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.

Scoop of work

• Assist in set-up for opening, closing and general cleaning during operations hours.
• Deliver quality customer service to all guests.
• Key orders in the Point-of-Sale system efficiently.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to guests’ orders efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of the outlet.
• Good customer service and good communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-pace environment

Requirements

• Singaporean/ PR
• Able to commit minimally 3 days a week (inclusive of 1 weekend)
• Able to work till 2am according to roster
• Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months
