The role is responsible for planning, escort and provide support to clients while they are being transported from one location to another. This role is requires to be organised and alert, in order to study the effectiveness of plans and solutions. • Managing client referral and conducting home visits to assess eligibility for intake into Medical Escort & Transport services.
• Assist to load and unload clients / members onto the transporter using the wheelchair.
• Assist in performing the National Means Testing (NMTS).
