Key Requirements

• Education: Degree in AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) or Facility Management.
• Experience: Project site management experience, ideally as a Project Manager or Site Engineer, in construction projects.
• Customer Focus: Proficiency in customer success, client-facing roles, and simplifying technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Technical Skills: Skilled in issue management and prototyping tools like Jira and Figma, with strong problem-solving and workflow mapping capabilities.

About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of our digital products among government agencies. Your primary objective will be to cultivate relationships with stakeholders, build a community, and promote the successful use of our products.

Responsibilities

• Engage agencies independently to drive adoption and successful use of our products
• Develop and execute marketing and outreach campaigns to build awareness
• Organize workshops, events, and webinars to deepen understanding and identify potential leads
• Act on leads to understand customer needs and advise on product solutions
• Develop and maintain resources for agencies to learn about our software
• Drive customer success by providing advice on product usage
• Collate user feedback and work with the product team to shape the product roadmap

Requirements for Success

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, account management, or client engagement
• Excellent public speaking and workshop facilitation skills
• Confident in engaging and cultivating relationships with clients
• Proficient in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and agile environment
• Experience in engagement management for public service products is a plus
• Experience in CRM, CMS, digital marketing, events planning, copywriting, and graphics design is also a plus
