1. Manage and lead the Service Desk and staffs to provide 1st level technical support.

2 Act as a further escalation point for unresolved or escalated cases and provide guidance to the team.

3. Take on a wider customer service role and promote the customer service ethic to maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.

4. Report to SD managers on any issue that could significantly impact the SLA and recommends action plan.

5. Take overall responsibility for incident management and request fulfilment (if any).

6. Ensure staffs take ownership of user’s incidents and be proactive when dealing with user’s incidents.

7. Ensure all calls and emails are logged in the Service Desk logging system as per operating procedure.

8. Allocate more complex calls and emails to the relevant IT Support member.

9. Arrange for external technical support where problems cannot be resolved within L1

10. Manage Service Quality Assessment and Coach the agents on proper handling approaches.

11. Provide Domain Briefing/ Training to new joiners.

We are looking for a committed Health Management Executive (‘HME’) who is passionate to reach out to the seniors to conduct community screening and outreach, monitor their health and enrol them into the health management plans.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide health awareness and basic monitoring for seniors with chronic illnesses, including those identified to be at-risk and their caregivers.

· Perform basic health monitoring and keep track of seniors’ health plans and flag out non-compliance or other concerns to social workers / senior health management executives.

· Plan and conduct outreach to the community to promote wellness and health awareness.

· Manage volunteer and befrienders deployment and feedback.

· Perform community health screenings and strengthen collaboration with local organizations.

· Members recruitment and renewal.

· Review and submit Community Screening Tool (CST) forms.

· Plan, develop and manage engagement programs held at designated neighbourhood touchpoints for seniors and their caregivers.

Requirements

· Minimum Higher Diploma or Diploma certification in Gerontology or ITE NITEC in Community Care and Social Services, with 2 years of relevant experience.

· Resourceful and able to do public speaking when handling events and projects.

· Conversant in English and any 2nd language with ability to converse in local dialect would be an advantage for elderly clients

· Competency in Microsoft Office applications especially in MS PowerPoint and MS Publisher

· A good team-player with a passion to work with Seniors

Job Purpose

- To ensure timely updates are provided by EMD staff to patients’ relatives

- To ensure that functions and responsibilities assigned are efficiently performed to provide effective patient care

- Adhere to policies and procedures of hospital services

Primary Responsibilities and Duties (80%)

- Provide updates on patient’s condition to patient’s relatives eg. Doctor has ordered X-ray, waiting for blood tests results, waiting for available bed for admission...

- Document details of every update in ED Web

- Remind doctor or nurse to update patient’s relatives

- Look out for patients and/or patients’ relatives who require assistance

- Assist patients and/or patients’ relatives with enquiries

- Resolve any PR problems

- Registration of patients presenting at Emergency Department

1. Admitting of inpatients

2. Discharge of Emergency patients

3. Collecting payment for A&E facility feeds and deposit for inpatients

4. Financial Counselling process for inpatients

5. Handling of general enquiries (over counter & phone)

6. Ensure customer service standards are up kept at all times

7. Sorting of E-cards in preparation for dispatch to MRO daily

- Handling of General Enquiries through EMD hotline - Apply telephone standards when handling phone enquiries

1. Minimize number of dropped calls
2. Follow through enquiries till case is closed
3. Track number and type of calls coming in

- SOC Appointment Booking

1. Perform accurate Appt Booking in SAP or liase with Central Appointment Line / Specialist Outpatient Clinics for appointment
2. Perform faxing of appointment request and filling in of appointment request for appointments not available in SAP
3. Follow through for all appointment requests required by EMD by next working day
4. Tracking of appointments requested and booked in EMD

Secondary Responsibilities and Duties (20%)

- Buddy and train newly joined PROs

- Ensure the Family Counselling Room is neat & tidy

- Additional responsibilities as assigned by Operations Director/Manager/Executive

- Keep inventory of supplies and inform Administrative Assistant for replenishment

- Make appointments for patients discharged from Emergency

- Offer helping hand to Patients in need in the waiting area

The Service Operations Engineer provides technical support for application related issues and performs daily service health monitoring, server maintenance and resiliency improvements.
He/She is responsible for delivering new and improved capabilities in systems monitoring, recovery and stability aspects of the ERP systems.

•Support and assist in regular server maintainance, system accesses, systems monitoring, backups, patching and daily health checks

•Maintain service operations documentation and guides. Develop supporting documentation for all Service Operation activities

•Defect fixes and resiliency related improvements

•Assist in investigation of user reported issues

•Liaise closely with interfacing systems users and support teams on routine support issues or enhancements.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other highly technical, scientific discipline
