About the Role:

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology or its equivalent

• Independent and proactive with good attention to detail, troubleshooting and technical ability
• Good written and verbal communication
• ITIL certification level 2 would be an advantage

An IoT Field Service Technician is responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting IoT devices such as Facial Recognition (FR), smart cameras, sensors, network devices, industrial IoT sensors and equipment.
