The role is multi faceted, and has deep involvement in customer service, transport co-ordination, planning and deployment of routes. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to resolve technical inquiries from ships/vessels on Nordic Systems.

• Attend on-board service attendances and commissioning services, annual inspection and maintenance for vessels based on troubleshoot of the technical issues and feedback by chief engineer/vessel managers.

• Review service reports, customer technical specifications and provide support to sales team for bidding of spares.

Job Requirements
