Salary: $10-$14/hour (depending on commitment period & role assigned)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure optimal deployment of resources using the Common Fleet Management System (CFMS).
• Lead and manage a team of Assistant Service Controllers, using online resources and support systems to conduct real-time monitoring of bus service performance; take the necessary actions to minimise service delays, resolve emergencies and restore service disruptions to ensure service reliability on the roads
• Make critical decisions and ensure the appropriate communication with all parties involved
• Analyse trends and recommend improvements for overall service performance and resource applications

Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 2 years’ working experience in Operations
• Calm and controlled when responding to stressful or unpredictable situations
• Strong situational awareness ability and leadership qualities
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organisational skills
• Able to perform shift work
