You will be responsible for the reception of all appointments and walk-in patients at the laboratory and radiography clinic.

Other duties include answering incoming telephone calls, managing patients' registration, assisting in appointment scheduling, and performing general administration and cashier's duties.

Job requirements

• Min N level with 3-5 years of relevant working experience in the healthcare industry.
• Positive and good team player with a pleasant disposition.
• Able to communicate with mandarin speaking patients when needed and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
