Requirements

• Minimum qualifications> Diploma
• Warm and positive personality
• Can-do attitude and highly results-driven
• Reflective and able to work on feedback positively
• Self-driven and able to work on tight deadlines
• Strong Microsoft Office (Excel;Powerpoint) and Google Form and Drive skills (Apt with using Macros)

Working Days

• 5 working days (3 weekdays and 2 weekends)
• Weekdays: 1230-930pm ; Weekends: 830am-6pm

Job responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer services to all customers
• Ensures telephone courtesy and timeliness in picking up calls
• Ensures patients' confidentiality at all times
• Ensures handover of information is complete and timely
• Performs efficient and accurate patient registration
• Ensures billing and cashiering processes are accurately performed
• Handles office equipment correctly and efficiently
• Work closely with other staff in the department to ensure total patient care is met
• To ensure compliance of radiology safety policy
• Other assignments as and when required

Requirement:

• Min GCE 'O' level & above
• Excellent customer service skill
• IT literate
