Job Description:

• Attend to customer enquiries and complaints, including on-site calls

Job Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of technical experience with knowledge in air-conditioning, chiller, ACMV or HVAC systems
• Resourceful with good analytical and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills
• Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task
• Possess Class 3 driving license will be an added advantage
• Technical aptitude (aka hands-on experience)
• Testing and commissioning experience – not only for initial setup of products, but have to be done continuously depending on lifecycle of products (usually long term)
• English proficiency – due to need to write service report
• Comfortable with standby service (after confirmation) after work hours or on weekends/public holidays (when required), candidate will be paid according to MOM regulations if work extra hours.
• Comfortable with construction site kind of environment – due to projects in up and coming estates.
