Customer Relationship Manager
Job scope:
1. Resolve Issues: Act as a liaison to address disputes, operational challenges, and emergencies effectively, minimizing impact on drivers and customers.
2. Enhance Customer Experience: Handle inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly while fostering satisfaction and loyalty through good relationships.
3. Support Drivers: Assist with onboarding new drivers, ensuring clarity on company policies and retention strategies.
4. Analyze & Improve: Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction trends, providing actionable insights to management for service enhancements.
5. Collaborate & Report: Work with internal teams to align strategies, maintain accurate records, and deliver performance reports to drive business success.
Requirements:
1. Friendly, team player with good problem-solving skills.
2. Experience in the car leasing industry.
3. Diploma or higher qualification in any field.
