Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Technical Service Engineer to join their Engineering Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the South area – easily accessible.

Duties of Technical Service Engineer:

• Provide after-sales technical support for equipment installation and maintenance.
• Offer technical guidance and consultation to customers.
• Address and troubleshoot customer issues, ensuring timely solutions.
• Document service activities and prepare detailed reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum NiTEC in ELectrical or Mechanical Engineering
• 2 - 3 years experience in servicing Life Science Medical Devices
• Possess own transport

Responsibilites

• Work closely with the Assistant Manager and provides courteous services to guests and responds efficiently and tactfully to guests’ complaints, requests and enquiries.
• Liaise closely with Concierge, Reception, Bell Counter and Front Office Cashier on guests ‘arrival and departure.
• Establish contacts with house guests / long staying guests and renders assistance when necessary.
• Make courtesy calls to guests.
• To be well versed and updated on all tourists related information.
• Requisite and keep stock of promotional materials for daily operations.
• Undertake any other duties as may be assigned by his/her superiors diligently and professionally.

Requirements

Minimium 'O-level'

Able to perform rotating shifts

Postitive attitude with outgoing personality and good communication skills

• Salary Range: $2300 - $2800
