• Manage the scheduling of classes, workshops and events.
• Conduct trial classes for students and update parents on the outcomes.
• Introduce the company's courses to parents.
• Observe children’s learning progress, prepare reports, and discuss them with parents.
• Manage facilities, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
• Coordinate events and exhibitions, from planning to execution.
• Assist with marketing and communications efforts, including social media and promotional materials.
• Provide customer service for courses, offering professional explanations and answering parents' questions.

Requirements

• Availability to work weekends (Thursday to Monday, off on Tuesday and Wednesday)
• Good communication skills
• Computer knowledge is a must.

• 44 working hours a week (Weekend job)
• You will work 5 days a week

Job Scope

• Manage reception tasks, managing incoming calls and responding to email/phone inquiries
• Provide assistance to visitors and individuals seeking information about nursing home care
• Oversee visitor interactions and maintain records.
• Coordinate with the Nursing Team regarding follow-up matters related to residents
• Assist with the admission, discharge, and management of residents
• Generate invoices, handle payment processing, and oversee the payment procedure.
• Organize transportation for appointments and other delivery arrangements
• Arrange transportation for appointments and other dispatch logistics
• Support in coordinating maintenance services with vendors, contractors, and suppliers
• Carry out data entry, filing, and documentation duties
• Undertake any additional duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Min O Level or relavant Certificate
• At least 2 years of nursing experience
• 5-day work week; Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays
• Rotating shift (8am-5pm & 11.30am-8.30pm)
