Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing timely and professional services to customers through hotline, email, online chat, WhatsApp and other channels
• Handle customer inquiries and report the problems encountered by customers to relevant departments in a timely manner, and work together to solve customer problems.

Job Scope:

Responsible for Order Processing:

● Support in the registration of vessels, ITT, trucking and drumming orders in MyService accurately

● Create relevant feed/run down order in the Industrial Terminals.

Responsible for Trucking and Drumming activities:

● Coordinate and plan drumming activities
