Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6pm, Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm (with one hour lunch break)
Salary : $3,800.00

Purpose of Request / Job Scope
• SE requires the support of temporary staff who is experienced and well versed in Customer Service – specifically for managing of written feedback/appeals, in view of staff movement and the high number of complex cases especially appeal cases for financial support received, largely through MPs.
•The two PSD-ITE interns who gave a temporary boost to the team have since ended their internship in early Jun 2024, and the temporary staff will be needed to provide continuity for case management.
Job Requirements (to input any required fields of study and mandatory skills)
•Case Management - Handling of Tier 2 complex public queries in support of the SE team that manages all Complex and Simple-Tier 2 cases
•Given the nature of MOH-QSM work, i.e. volume and intensity of cases, the temporary staff will need to manage accordingly and therefore, prior experience in QSM work, as well as in similar Ministry/org set-ups is a pre-requisite.
• Project administrative matters, and other adhoc duties to support SCE work, e.g. scanning and summarising/reporting of relevant mainstream media & online news
