- 5 days work week
- Location: North (Tranport pick-up islandwide at Tampines, Sengkang, Clementi & Admiralty)
- Basic up to $3k (6 month contract)
Key Responsibilities
- Support Operations: Provide full administrative support to ensure smooth operation.
- Manage Service Jobs: Oversee job services and prepare necessary documentation.
- Client Interaction: Address operational requests and issues from clients and agents.
- Order Processing: Ensure timely invoicing, document preparation, and order closure.
- Employee Records: Assist with overtime compilation and submission for technicians.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain correspondence and filing systems, and handle other assigned tasks.
Job Requirement:
- Ability to work without much guidance
- Able to handle stress as expected to be a fast-pace environment
- Familiar with documentation works using Microsoft Office eg. Word, Excel.
