Job Summary
The Centre Manager oversees the management and operation of the music school, ensuring administrative efficiency, high educational standards, community engagement, facility upkeep, and revenue growth. This role involves collaborating with teachers, students, and parents to foster a positive learning environment while driving the school's financial success.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration:
- Manage daily operations and school budget.
- Maintain accurate student records.
Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and professional development.
Educational Quality:
- Ensure high teaching standards and curriculum implementation.
- Monitor and address student progress.
Community Engagement:
- Promote the school through events and marketing.
- Build relationships with parents, students, and the community.
- Organize school events and performances.
Facility Management:
- Maintain school facilities and enforce health and safety policies.
Revenue Generation:
- Increase enrollment and retention.
- Develop new revenue streams and partnerships.
- Collaborate on marketing campaigns.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications & Experience:
- ITE/Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- 3-5+ years of management experience, preferably in retail/hospitality/call-centre industry added advantage
