About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive Admin cum Customer Service Assistant who can play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication and operations by managing our business group chats, disseminating information accurately, and supporting general administrative activities for the manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor the business group chat, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information to the relevant departments or teams.
• Coordinate communication between teams for daily operational updates and tasks.
• Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records for the manager.
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks and projects to ensure seamless operations.
• Handle customer service queries and direct them to the appropriate team when necessary.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using messaging platforms, email, and general office software.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is an advantage.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities of Customer Service Executive, Air Freight:

• Handle export inquiries and coordinate collection arrangements with shippers.
• Liaise with sales, destination offices, and finance for approvals, rates, and payment matters.
• Work with Vendor Management, air freight planners, and import teams for shipment logistics.
• Manage export permits and coordinate with the warehouse for cargo handling and storage.
• Provide shipping instructions in collaboration with the export operations team.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain or related field
• Min 1 year of experience in Air Freight Operations
• Comfortable to work with alternate Saturday

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide quote preparation, order tracking, backlog processing, invoicing, returns, discrepancy resolution, customer credit problems and/or other such support to sales team members and/or external customers
• Working on weekly reschedule reports from customers (pull in, push out and cancellation requests)
• Inventory Management on buffer stock
• Identifies, investigates, and participates in opportunities to improve processes and procedures, to include various key performance metrics
• Ensures that good customer relations are maintained, and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively and in accordance with consumer laws
• Maintains and updates electronic and/or hard copy records as required
• Other duties as assigned
