About the Role

As a Strata Management Customer Service Executive, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for property owners during both unit handover and defects management. • Escalate sensitive cases or highlight surge in case volume for Management attention.

• Minimum Diploma holder, preferably with experience in customer service

• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills

• Desire to go the extra mile for customers

• Meticulous with keen attention to details, service oriented and a good team player

• Proficient in Microsoft officer applications (Words and Excel). Knowledge of SAP-HR is an added advantage

Salary Package:
- Basic Salary: Up to $2400

Working Hours:
Mon - Fri: 9am – 6pm

Saturday: 9am-1pm

Key Responsibilities:

-Prepare and draft AWBs for customer/agent approval.

-Provide support to assigned customers / Overseas Agents in handling sales quotations, RFI, RFQs and inquiries for air, arrange air export booking with the airlines / co-loader Agents.

-Follow up on clients', help to do air export billing, invoice verification and handle rate disputes

- Coordinate with customers, sales personnel, Overseas Agents and well liaise with operations teams for shipment arrangement

-Perform other job duties as per requested

Job Requirements:

-Min. O level and above qualifications

-Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data entry.

-Open to candidates with or without prior experience in the Air Freight industry.
