• Handle existing customers – Collaborate with other departments within the company to provide seamless logistics solutions for our customers.
• Provide quotations to customers and follow-up to secure business / activate shipments.
• Coordinating receipt and record of import / export / Cross trade via air or sea shipments.
• Liaising with origin and destination offices / agents for shipments arrangement.
• Liaising with origin and destination offices on air / sea-LCL consolidation program.
• Shipment arrangements / follow-up and provide updates to customers.
• Liaising with other departments, making sure operation runs smoothly.
• Ensuring that shipments are handled smoothly and intermediate issues are solved.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and other necessary paperwork.
• Check / collate documents and send them to OPS Team for billing.
• Insurance related matters - purchase insurance, follow-up on claims (if any).
• Provide customers support to Sales persons for their new potential clients when they are out of office.
• Back-up for fellow teammates when they are absent.
• Any other adhoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess Diploma/Degree in related discipline
• Good knowledge of International Logistics Services
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Independent and team player with strong self-initiatives and communication skills

Training Programme Details (Upcoming Training in Feb 2025)

- There will be a 1-2 months training programme whereby you will be required to pass a role-play & technical assessment in order to be posted to your work teams (2 attempts given)

- Minimum attendance required (95%) in order to pass the training programme.

Job Responsibilities

· Ensures highest standard of service delivery to our customers.

· Respond and react in a timely manner to escalate fraud / scam service request.

· Investigate transactions flagged as suspicious timely.

· Maintains confidentiality of the Bank’s customers and data.

· Identifies and resolves customer issues and enquires received via calls platforms completely, accurately within the committed turnaround time and in accordance with Contact Centre standards to ensure contact handling accuracy and operational effectiveness

Job Requirements

· Degree/ Diploma in any discipline.

·  Although preferred, previous experience in Call Centre, a financial services or Fraud setting is not essential. Our dedicated onsite Training team will provide you with a specifically designed training programme and support in your new role; and to enable you to develop and provide ongoing training for all team members.

· Possess a positive mindset with a “CAN-DO” attitude a and passion to deliver quality customer service.

• Confidently share information about TWC programmes with current and potential customers to achieve the centre’s sales target.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable programmes to enhance their experience and satisfaction with TWC programmes.
• Proactively follow up on leads, arrange trial lessons, and assist customers in signing up for programmes.
• Respond to phone, email, and walk-in queries promptly and effectively.
• Actively participate in marketing promotional events, campaigns and outreach efforts to boost TWC programmes’ visibility and drive enrolments.

Customer Service

• Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving concerns efficiently, and escalating complex issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
