We are looking for like-minded hospitable individuals to join us as Part Time Hospitality Associate for Rosemead

Job Description

• Deliver genuine service from the heart
• Set-up and maintain a neat, polished venue
• Attend to guests and deliver all Front of House duties, such as orders taking and table service, according to SOP
• Explain food & drinks items to guests and make recommendations
• Serve food & drinks efficently
• Perform related duties as part of a tight-knit family of hospitality staff

Requirements:

• Min 2 year of experienc in F&B environment
• Passion for hospitality and high standard of service
• Positive and out-going
• Enjoy fast pace and vibrant environment
• Speaks good English
• Able to commit to at least 3 days per week, preferably weekdays
• Working hours - 11am - 4pm
• $12 per hour

-5/6 Days work 12hrs shift (able to work weekend &PH)

-To be deployed as Floater (Islandwide Location based on daily deployment)

Job Duties:

-Greet and welcome visitors

-Attend to inquiries & answer queries or feedbacks

-Provide directional assistance

-Keeping the front desk tidy & presentable

-Access control

-Data Entry

-Any other duties assigned by the Management

Requirements:

-Minimum Diploma level

-Minimum 2 years Customer Service experience

-Excellent organisational skills, demonstrates high attetion to details

-Good communication & interpersonal skills

-A good team player and possess cheerful personality

-Able to work in a fast pace and challenging environment

-Able to work on shifts including weekends & Public Holidays

Job Description & Requirements

• Responsible for providing timely and professional services to customers through hotline, email, online chat, WeChat/ WhatsApp and other channels
• Handle customer inquiries and report the problems encountered by customers to relevant departments in a timely manner, and work together to solve customer problems.
• Responsible for all customer operations problems and follow up on solutions
• Manage the customer service support center to ensure the accuracy and relevance of customer service information
• Minimum 5 years of experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Monitor and update customers on the status of their orders
• Assist with order changes, cancellations, and amendments as required by the customer.
• Assist with customer inquiries regarding products, services, and pricing.
• Address customer complaints or issues.
• Offer product suggestions based on customer needs and preferences.
• Liaison with other departments on orders tracking status and fulfillment details
• Update and maintain accurate customer records in the system.
• Keep records of customer interactions, orders, and resolutions for future reference.
• Address and resolve any problems or discrepancies related to billing, product quality, service delivery or returns/exchange.
• Gather customer feedback to share with the management team for continuous service improvement.
• Assist with administrative duties that support sales, marketing campaigns, or customer outreach efforts.
