Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or related fields, with a strong focus on ICT technologies
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in service delivery or project management within the ICT industry
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is advantageous
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with experience in mid-to-senior-level customer engagement
• Availability to work flexible hours, including night shifts and on-call duties, as required by project demands

Duties of Business Development Executive:
